Laws are precise and in organized form anybody cannot challenge these laws to implementation of their arguments.  Laws are powerful because state is powerful and law making is under the government and government is most powerful in country. The government is elected by public and violation of law means public is denying the social rules which is cause of punishment.  Laws are the cause of long term social pattern which represent the behavior of people while living in the society.
